My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the cool ambiance. However, there was a slight issue with the check-in process for our group. On the bright side, the proximity to the pool and the private balcony surrounded by palm trees and other plants added a nice touch to the stay.

The service was generally good, except for a few glitches with the reception and management forgetting to confirm our booked tours and airport transfers. However, I appreciated the staff's gestures of providing extras without us even asking.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, just a stone's throw from Paje and a beautiful beach. It was a bit far from the airport, but the friendly staff, good breakfast, and support for excursions made up for it.
