My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the cool ambiance. However, there was a slight issue with the check-in process for our group. On the bright side, the proximity to the pool and the private balcony surrounded by palm trees and other plants added a nice touch to the stay.
